The hosts were really accommodating and they took care of my dietary restrictions. Fresh towels were provided each day if we asked for them. Breakfast was always freshly prepared and satisfied us for the day ahead. The location was indeed a key aspect, easily accessible to all the nearby attractions we wanted to visit.
As we didn't expect the busy road, the noise from traffic interfered with our sleep. So, we would suggest asking for a room at the back.

The breakfast was fantastic and the host was incredibly friendly, making for a really enjoyable stay. A convenient location for visiting Holy Trinity Church and a comfortable place for a honeymoon trip.

The location is convenient and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is good too. I like the free internet connection.
The room is too small. The water flow is too slow. The shower cubicle is and the washing basin are too small. You just can't turn around comfortably in the room nor in the toilet.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. With its affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout my stay. From the beautifully furnished rooms to the friendly and attentive staff, this hotel truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. I especially enjoyed the convenience of its location on the outskirts of town, which made it easy for me to explore the surrounding attractions.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Both my guests from Australia and my husband and I liked the friendliness of both owners and other guests. The food was very good and the service was fast. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.
We were surprised by the increase in traffic past the b&b and therefore the accompanying noise.

Cleanliness: Our rooms were very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Location to attractions we wanted to visit: This B&B is a great starting point to explore the magnificent bay and numerous attractions in the area, such as the Eden Project and the Lost Garden of Heligan. It is also conveniently located for fantastic walks along the cliff. Breakfast: The full Cornish breakfast served at the hotel was cooked to perfection. Staff: Tim and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, ensuring we were well looked after, providing extra bedding when needed, and being understanding when we accidentally walked off with the room key.
Nothings.

The room was small but we appointed and very clean and well decorated. There was complimentary cookies, water and tea and coffee. The couple that ran it were very friendly an helpful. It felt like home from home.
The shower in our room 4 needs some attention as it has parts coming lose which I forgot to mention to the couple and my husband would have liked some hash browns and beans with breakfast but that is a small thing.

The rooms were clean and cosy. the breakfast was really filling and delicious. the hotel was located in a convenient place for travelling and sightseeing.
Our room was quite small and lacked sufficient wardrobe space. the traffic noise from the nearby road was quite bothersome.

Comfortable Beds, Great breakfast.
Unfortunately Digital tv in the room didn't work too well, poor signal. Owner did say he was going to fix it though.
